Why I'm running

If welfare is for staff, then staff preferences should help shape welfare.

See the plan
  • NPA staff come from different age groups, with different interests, in different locations.
  • A thriving welfare system should reflect that diversity.
  • Welfare is something we should build together.
Thelma Kortei smiling, in front of the word Organa in yellow

For me, fueling morale is not simply about organising more events. It means

Listening better

Instead of assuming what staff want, Welfare asks, and keeps asking.

Recognising our people

Good work, milestones, retirees and new staff should never go unnoticed.

Experiences staff value

Activities across all regions, planned around what staff genuinely enjoy.

03OpportunityConnection and recognition

Options to explore

  • Digital where convenient
  • Physical where necessary

My simple commitment

I will listen to your views, collaborate with regional reps to create valued experiences, learn from feedback, and use communication channels that keep staff connected.

What we share

Different locations. Different generations. Different interests. One institution.
